My Boss' Paper Fetish
(Preview)
My boss has just had a moan at me cos he couldn't find a particular piece of paper in a particular folder from 3 months ago.
This piece of paper is the daily output from an access based audit which I can reproduce electonically and provide him with the specific number he needs in about a 10th of the time it...

Bossless Day
(Preview)
Joe? DD? Where are you fellas? I thought you'd both be posting like mad already with no Boss around today.
Maybe you've gone out shopping for paper hats, whizzers & sparkly party poppers.
Ah, I get it - ideal opportunity for a lay-in, eh? Good thinking guys! :wink...

While at work yesterday, I was walking past the printer (one of those big-off printer/photocopier/fax xerox ones with about 6 paper trays) and actually caught someone filling the top paper tray... from the bottom one!
I'm trying to decide whether death is too good for this person...:furi...

Making me laugh still
(Preview)
I'm easily amused.
I went to the drink machine to get a coffee this morning. The machine poured my coffee - straight into the drip tray and then gave me an empty cup at the end.
Keeps making me chuckle when I think about it!!

Cripes!

Wednesday morning. Everyone tired.
What happens?
Only our whole phone system and data network (two separate systems by the way) decide to play silly buggers and stop working. However, when we looked at the switches, PABX etc, we couldnt find any problems, but they s...

Book & Movie recommendations
(Preview)
After my movie taste being so rudely criticised by my husband, I thought I'd start a little recommendation club!!
I recommend that everyone watches The Princess Diaries, Clue and The Wedding Dress.
Persuasion by Jane Austin is well worth a read as is The Chrysalids by John Wyndham!

Still Bored
(Preview)
I have far too much to do. My boss, his boss, his boss' boss etc are all in a flap and chucking work at me like there's no tomorrow (hey there's a thought - maybe someone scheduled in the end of the world without telling me) but despite this, I am still certifiably bored. I am as bored as a bored p...
