While at work yesterday, I was walking past the printer (one of those big-off printer/photocopier/fax xerox ones with about 6 paper trays) and actually caught someone filling the top paper tray... from the bottom one!
I'm trying to decide whether death is too good for this person...
Who was it? Was it someone from the Process Re-engineering team? If it was he's thought up a great new saving there! He'll have to find someone to map the process for him though.
