Only our whole phone system and data network (two separate systems by the way) decide to play silly buggers and stop working. However, when we looked at the switches, PABX etc, we couldnt find any problems, but they still werent working
Nobody knows why and nobody knows how we managed to fix it. The whole hospital was going bonkers - the only saving grace is that because the phones where down the only people who could ask awkward questions, like "What happened?" were the people who seen us running around like headless chickens confused:
