The following Dodgers have been smited by the JDK for their crimes against Jam:
All the girls! for picking on the JDK and damaging his already delicate self esteem!
The Basserd Who Nicked Copper's Stuff For the offense of nicking Copper's stuff. You are a tw*t, whoever you are and we all hope you get run over by a tram in Nottingham. Or Liverpool. Or whereever else they have trams!
Copper For the crime of playing with her Wii instead of her Jammie pals!
I got a nice super duper Xbox 360 mega pack at the weekend and a lovely big LCD telly to play it on - its very cool - as is the wiiiii which I was tempted by

so for Kingbilly's birthday, his parents gave him an 'IOU a Wii' - and as it came out here on Sunday, we decided to get our pretty little selves up earlyish and head to the Circuit City in downtown Santa Monica a few hours ahead of opening (presuming it wouldn't be the most popular spot to go for one) - we were right and were pretty much 36th in the line - hoorah
Then the employees came out and said they only had 35 consoles (booo)
but my husband, ever the optimist, decided to stick around in the line and see if someone didn't come in with their voucher (they handed out 35 vouchers to 'control the crowd' and let everyone else go home)
well, we did do the aforementioned sticking around - to no avail however so we were fitting to leave, when a very wonderful lady, to whom i had been chatting with for about 45 mins in the line, came and gave me her voucher - like, pretty much just handed me a profit margin of $1000 for herself (Richard Dreyfus walked up and down the line offering $1250 to buy one off of the queuers) (he didn't get any takers) ( i might have taken him up on it, were our situation different haha)
My friend managed to get his hands on a Wii and we fiddled with it on our strange American holiday. Thanksgiving, that is.
Anyway, he also bought the Rayman: Invasion of the Rabbids (or something similar). This game is basically a collection of mini-games-- but quite amusing minigames that were quite fun. One of these involved hitting a bunny (Rabbid) over the head with a hammer. Ok, you have to invision this with me:
You make a hammering motion with the little controller and to hit this little bunny over the head as many times as possible ... so you are moving the controller in an up and down motion as fast and as many times as possible within the time limit. Then, when the time expires, your score is measured by the size of the bump on the bunny's head, which grows straight up from the bunny's head.
So, if you haven't put two and two together yet, you move your hand up and down as fast as possible, trying to get a flesh-colored bump to grow as big as possible.
We're Wii-ners now too!! HEheheh I woke ujp way too early two sundays ago in order to stand online outside of the store, only to get there and be told they didn't have anymore (they give out tickets for purchase before the store opens)..
Next day, Kev just waltzed into the Toys R Us in Times Square, and picked one up.
We've got Zelda, Rayman, the Wii Sports package and some other game that's on its way but isn't actually here yet.
I was playing baseball with my dad, and we almost had a "wiihaveaproblem.com" moment when I was pitching and almost launched my wiimote into the television...Ooops. I kept trying to get my dad to do it cuz I told him that if he broke my television, he was buying me a new one.
Really? That's annoying... does that mean you're gonna have to pay to have games shipped over from the states to play them?
Lame...
Those are the only games we could find that were halfway decent (at leaste in the reviews hehe) I can't wait to see what else comes out.. I'm longing for a really interesting sword fighting game (the one out now got some pretty crap reviews)
yeah we will have to ship if we want them - kinda sucky, but PROBABLY way cheaper even with delivery prices hehe
i heard the bad things about the red storm sword game one - but i also heard bad things about rainbow6: vegas for the 360 - and it's awwwwesome
kingbilly tried call of duty 3 - now he only tried for 5 mins or so, but he hated it - we're giving it to my sister and bro in law for Cmas (we were anyway - it was a sneek peek), so i'll let you know how they react
You'll be picking up a wii for under half it's current price in a couple of months, I'm holding out for a proper kick ass gaming system (that will be the ps3 then ) soon as that hits homes and the new grand theft auto comes out i.e. killer app it's game over for all the other game systems.
Having said that I was considering a 360 but recently upgraded my PC instead.
p.s. this is all total conjector my ass is going to be completely owned in March when the new arrival .. er arrives
p.p.s I'm not talking about the PS3 of course I mean my new baby
p.p.p.s more than one p.s. denotes the rambiling mind of a madman or should this have been wii.s wii.wii.s or even wii.wii.wii.s?

i think the ps3 will definitely not be coming into my house - with the 360 so much cheaper, and only about 3 or 4 games exclusive to the ps3 (if even that) and it not having halo or gears of war - there are few reasons
the graphics really are not any better than the 360 - i had a play on one in the usa and although totally impressive graphics, the machine itself was about the size of our garage and the games were nearly 'too perfect' like they felt more fake for looking more real - if you see what i mean? (makes sense in my head)
i'd rather have a 360 and wii (basically the same price)
