Hello hello! I was informed that I was being vigiled, so while I'm taking a break to inhale some breakfast, I thought I'd drop by Been up to my eyeballs in DIY. Painting like a fiend. Messed up on the paint color for my living/dining room twice. I'm on the third color now and so help me I don't care if it's ugly as sin, it's staying! Then I have to refinish my cabinets, build a gigantic tv/dvd cabinet thingy, tile the bar, tile the entryway, build a couch, build a tank stand for a 75 gal aquarium, refinish the dining room table and uhh..... hmm I know I'm missing something.... oh yeah replace the chandelier, repaint the bookcases, install the headboard and build a shelving/display unit for Darrin's ever growing transformer collection.

And I think I'm getting a fence on monday, but I'm not holding my breath. They keep changing the date.

Yeah I think that's it. Oh, and did I mention this all needs to get done before all the family comes to visit for thanksgiving? It'll get done. Sure it will. ha ha ha ha ha. Oh well, I have to try anyway, right?

Oh and JDK, Darrin said something to me about telling you something about a transformer that won't be out in the UK until next year or something and... aw heck, I don't remember the rest of the story but I'm trying to convince him to get his butt back on here so he can tell you himself.

Now, on the other hand, we could probably build a nice mud pit in my backyard as it's a good size and I haven't done anything with it yet. Y'all with me? Let's go!

I actually wanted to do a 6' wood privacy fence, but being hurricane country and all, didn't see that kind of fence lasting very long. The dogs think it's the greatest thing since beef bones. And, I gotta tell ya, it's so nice being able to take them outside without being yanked in two different directions by 160lbs worth of dog. That alone was worth every penny of the absolutely ridiculous price

I also have my bathroom finished too... well ok, almost finished. Just needs stain on the new mirror molding and some stain on the newly refinished cabinet and then viola! Done

Indeed And - welcome back and your Dog is almost as heavy as me!

But not as heavy as the JDK because that would be silly.

Well... sort of. 160lbs is the two of them together. Karma is 70, Buddha is 90. So no worries Stead... you're still the big man
