Almost midnight and still at work


So my boss cocked up - left some work undone and buggered off on holiday - now we have an important meeting tomorrow and I'm here looking at St Pauls out of my office window doing "stuff" at nearly midnight -


Thats not on - but at least I found the time to post on the board - you should all be grateful, tell me how grateful you all are...

Well thats very kind of you to stay - to be fair I'm staying in a hotel 10 mins walk away and I'm leaving in a mo so it wont be too bad

Did you get a break on your arrival-time to work, the following day? Or is that a 'work' from home situation?

Ah - the problem with being 'management' in the UK is you dont really work set hours etc so you cant officially claim time back or overtime but I make it balance out over the year if you know what I mean
