Depends on the tea. If it's a tea that has ben specially blended to be drunk with milk like the average teabags you get at Tesco, then that's what you gotta do. Only leave out the milk if it's been blended for milklessness (like some breakfast teas, Earl Grey, chinese or herbal teas). Anything else is madness, I tell you. Madness!
