The following Dodgers have been smited by the JDK for their crimes against Jam:
All the girls! for picking on the JDK and damaging his already delicate self esteem!
The Basserd Who Nicked Copper's Stuff For the offense of nicking Copper's stuff. You are a tw*t, whoever you are and we all hope you get run over by a tram in Nottingham. Or Liverpool. Or whereever else they have trams!
Copper For the crime of playing with her Wii instead of her Jammie pals!
Ah, but don't you come from even further south Vic? See I have this theory (well, me & my mate in Dorset to be precise) that if we chopped out the bit of England north of Dorset & south of say, Derbyshire & shoved it out the way then we could join up the two ends & it'd be much better (we have not decided the fate of Wales). We'd give the few nice people in the middle advanced warning, so they could escape, literally send the nasty ones from the ends to Coventry for the day & then ban all future movement between the two islands.
It's a pretty good spot, one of the better patios in Minneapolis/St. Paul, and the pretty people show up, so good people watching.
Music's so-so, right idea... And I'm friends with the GM and a few servers there, so, nice to see my mates.
Edit: I think the source of some these reviews needs to be considered as well... There's a lot of people in this part of Minneapolis who prefer to sit in run down, trashy hole in the wall bars. I can take some of that, but I like the more posh spots as well.
And, I see nothing 'sports bar' about this, except that they have a couple of flat-screen tvs (small ones) that might be showing a sports game of some sort...
Some of the bad reviews did seem to be coming from complete meatheads admittedly. Not too into the trendy bar thing myself, but then I guess you may not have the selection of real pubs & cheesy clubs that we do! (classy bird, me!)
Hmmm, trendy, perhaps. Pretty classy joint though, nice setup, good menu, here's a better review: link.
No, we have 'em all, the original bar in question is a pure bred micro brew pup, all oak, quality pool tables, etc... Minneapolis is a big enough town where every variety of bar/club/pub is available.
If you click my link that says 'no' in response to Katie, you can see the list broken out by category, although some of the ratings I would change...
In the words of our leader "BUGRIT", had just compiled a list of some of my favourite haunts to challenge your assumption of "having everything", when I managed to accidently close the page
London’s a pretty big town, so I’d bet there’s some variety there! The comment was speaking to Minneapolis, it wasn’t zero-summed against all major global economic centers eh! Toronto has more variety than Minneapolis, as does Chicago and New York City!
