Here's my first.  I have my suspicions about the jamminess of the first reply, so I feel I can only claim one point for it so far.  I shall nuture it, though, in the hope that it will grow into something greater!

It is, indeed very odd.  In actual fact, both Stead and I joined last year becasue we knew that we'd be taking on this challenge this year!  Foresight you see!

Actually I went back in time to make my post look more authentic - didnt work though -


I think its because a lot of these forums run off one central base - I appear to have joined the mortgage broker forum in 03 also - and frankly..... hell no......
