Where's the difficulty in that?

There's no place holder for 'and' in a number and it serves no value or real purpose. Just a goofball English tradition created by some arse many years ago.

Having said that, the following algorithm does add the word 'and' (inappropriately): Link

Yeah - I was taught to count by a real teacher and not by Bill Gates.  Lots of 'ands' in my countings.
