When you go into photobucket and get the page of thumbnails, click on the image you want and you'll get it on it's own.  Then (and this is the cunning tricksy bit), click on the image name underneath.  That'll take you to another window that only has the image and nothing else on.  Right-click.  Copy.  Paste.  You'se done!
