mmh that reminds me.. i remember my first ever home economics lesson where we were going to be taught how to cook 'welsh rarebit'.. well i was very excited about learning a brand new recipe... who knew that was just the posh name for cheese on toast.. still at least we got to eat cheese on toast in class, it wasn't every day that happened
