Just been looking on the cim website, the college website and in all my books and notes - I can't find anything that even vaguely references a Customer Care System.
I have to write 1500 words about our Customer Care System and the improvements I would make to it if money wasn't an issue!! I don't know what one is. Maybe they mean our Customer Insight Database - but I thought customer care was to do with managing complaints and stuff - don't see what that has to do with marketing - Customer Service yes but marketing - maybe I'll go along with our insight database and talk about data quality a bit.
If it's proper customer care type stuff you're after, what about asking Stead. He used to work there, you know! can't see how it relates to Marketing though.

Thought it might help if I looked at the cd my tutor gave me (yes - these days you don't get paper hand outs - the tutor hands you a cd with eveything on it at the beginning of the course - bonus!).
Sure enough - there's a whole section on customer care. I've been looking for something all morning!!
