Please consider this a public apology for any distress my new avatar has caused Mr O and Mitch and any others of you who have found it offensive or annoying.


As a penance, I invite you to select, from the entire internet, an avatar of your choice.  I will use the avatar with pride for at least 2 weeks (depends on if I like it or not, or how rude it is!!).


Once this period has ended I will go back to using a picture of Nemo (or I might choose something else NOT badger related).


Please post the urls - the winner gets a virtual jammie dodger.


I will ask Leah to judge the entries - closing date is 5pm BST Friday 7th May.  The winner will be notified as soon as I have managed to pin Leah down to an answer!

Who's Leah?

Okay, well, hmmm, wasn't quite expecting my reaction to be taken as seriously as it has been.

Naturally I had to react as such being the one guilty of providing the Avy.

But, to be honest, it doesn't chafe my soul as much as the cartoon.

Still, I'll have a look tomorrow from Tucson. I'm off to visit my parents on the far end of the country. You'll be pleased to note that I can still get in some quality JDBB.

As posted by the Mistress Morrissey herself only a day or two ago: You could never have been bad enough to deserve Darren's discipline.  I've seen him dealing it out on the cats when they make a mess - he picks them up by the scruff of the neck and puts them in their bedroom and shuts them in for an hour!!  I'm glad we don't have children!!



I think she knows what she's in for.  That's why she didn't comply.
