What with it coming up to christmas, the house is full of biscuit selections given as gifts.  Last night the good lady and I opened a pack of Fox's Family Favourites.  Well once I'd eaten the two triple bars that were in that layer there was bugger all else to eat unless you wanted something with an incredibly sickly butter cream filling or butter taste.  However, I though salvation had come when I spotted a jammie dodger shape in the corner.  I was just about to savour said biscuit when I noticed that even this had a buttercream filling and the jam in the middle was almost an apology.  The biscuits are to be sent back to the grandmother that gave them.
