Woman has first face transplant

Surgeons in Land of the garlic eating surrender monkeys have carried out the first face transplant, it has been reported.

The woman had lost her nose, lips and chin after being savaged by a dog.

In the controversial operation, tissues, muscles, arteries and veins were taken from a brain-dead donor and attached to the patient's lower face.



I'm reasonably certain that Hannibal Lecter beat them to this idea...

(i had to walk out of that movie.. well not out of the movie theatre, just the room it was being watched on video in)

I quite enjoyed it.  It was a load of old twaddle, but it was fun.  John Travolta makes a great bad guy.
