Chased 'em up today with my call reference number and they'd sent an engineer to look at the machine but didn't realise that I wanted a refund.

The 13th floor is actually the 14th floor.  The 12th is the real 13th.  I never go there.
The discrepancy is due to the misnaming of the first floor as the 'Terrace'.  This puts all of the floors above that out of synch.


So the REAL question is, which floor is the actual unlucky one?  The 12th or the 13th?

Another Boost update from the 14th floor.  Still not in receipt of either a Boost or my 45p.  On chasing the Nohelpdesk AGAIN, I was told that it was in hand, but, in a snide aside (ooh, a rhyme) it was pointed out to me that most people don't insist on a refund.  Sorry for the incovenience, Miss Facilities Nohelpdesk.


So I'm still bosstless...

I know you will all be pleased to know that my Boost situation has now been satisfactorily resolved.  I received 2 Boost bars - one to replace the one I didn't get and another as a compensation payment.  I am content.
