I thought I should give a final hand update.

The swelling went down (so did the hand, ehum - sorry)

I didnt complete my antibiotics because they gave me the squirts and I'm pretty sure the fibre glass is out, but the puncture marks are taking longer to heal than they should.

Anymore details required - please do let me know :)
