OK so I have been told (a while ago I admit) that I am 'damaged' when it comes to relationships and I wanted to get the opinion of the board? - Its late and I cant think of another post to start - so here are a few of my views on relationships etc and it would be great if you could vote on whether or not you think I am a lost cause -


Women start off thinking you're great then want to change the things they liked about you in the first place as time goes on - i.e. They think you're cool cause you're in a band but soon they want you to quit to spend time with them - and expect you to chose


Marriage is a financial and legal disaster (for men) waiting to happen - you can marry a woman, she can cheat on you and you still lose your house, half of your income and your pension - for life, in the divorce - so dont do it - ever! (UK only this)


Women expect you go shopping with them, even when they dont know what they want to buy (just a vague notion about the colour) and think it is wrong when you show signs of boredom after just the 20th shop


You're supposed to 'know' that the reason they have been having a go at you for days about every little thing is because 'they just wanted a hug' all along

Hmmm, sounds like my Ex...


I don't think all women are alike though, dude. Some are A-Types, some aren't. Some are in bands themselves, some aren't.

Good point and I managed to go to 3 shops today without any browsing -


No one demanded to know 'what do you love about me?' or what I was thinking


And I was able to mock JDKs driving safe in the knowledge that he couldnt with hold 'relations' later on because of it -


But JDK is scary behind the wheel - sry dude but its true

No sidewalks in Bristol, Dude.


Plenty of pavements, though.


Still, I'm sure my driving would cause a lot less concern if I didn't have to constantly re-adjust the rear view mirror after the Stead had given it a malicious poke, flick the indicator back on after the Stead had hilariously flicked it off, turn the headlights back off after Stead switched em on in an amusing fashion...


And that was just one 10 minute journey.

Anyone who tries to change someone is a fool, it's never going to work.  Not all women are like this & some blokes do it too. -Stead, obvious solution, stop dating fools!


Trust me, it ain't always men who lose out financially in divorce.


Personally I much prefer shopping alone.


If I want a hug I'll say so, though I do sometimes get accused of being demanding!


So, as I'm sure I'm not unique in these areas the only conclusion to draw is that you're dating the wrong kind of women.

The alternative, of course is to go round with a needle full of this in your pocket.  You can force the female population to conform to your standards of beauty with drugs.  Oh yes.  And it's not even morally ambiguous!
