I apologise in advance for linking you to an article on the Daily Mail website, but these pics were too awesome to pass up!







There's a little article about 'em here. If you keep your eyes on the article and don't glance around too much your brain will probably survive the visit!

Every time I see bats (we have a few that dive bomb our house in the evenings) it makes me think how lucky it was that Batman didn't decide to be too literal in how he designed his costume...

Bats are amazing cool critters. I used to want a Fruit Bat as a pet... (Part of me still does ;P)

On the other hand if he HAD been literal he could actually fly and have a drink ANY time he flew over a river.

That nose would have been scarier too.
