"HI, i'm not the correct Patricia, would someone remove me from their distribution list."


And here's a snippet of the response, also having been sent to ~4,000 people in my company:




Good Morning Mr. ______;


Hopefully I can assist you with this manner.

I sent out an email the other day. It was basically a getting to know you email - letting these people know about the company - and if they were interested in working with us - not a spam email - just this one.. and the response I got back was:

"They're small. Small but nice and decent."
