People who think taking their kids to the pub deserve to be flogged! A pub is not meant for, nor is it the best place to raise a child.

Ugh I remember when they made the bars in NYC non-smoking... everyone was outside smoking on the sidewalks and then Bloomberg got mad and threatened to close down the bars at 11pm because the outside smokers were making too much noise.

Didn't work, but still annoying that the threat was there.
