my boss just quit... which would ordinarily make me jump for joy, but she was the first boss i actually liked let me come in at noon... coffee breaks whenever i wanted... she said she wasnt worried because not only would i get my own job done but 7 other people's jobs done too... but still... now the only one above me is the owner/president of the company.. and i'm the only person left in my department.. which means i now need to do my job, the job of the girl who got fired a few months ago and my boss's job. not having a warm fuzzy feeling about this... especially considering i can't do what my boss does, but i'm expected to fill her shoes until they find a replacement anyway. i'm going to go wallow in my general tso's chicken and dream of a day where the only job i have to do is my own
