Who liked The Doctor?

The first episode of Doctor Who I mean.  Did you like it?

I did.  I thought it was fab, brill, excellent, cool, funny, super, smashing, lovely and great!  I shall be watching religiously.
It was certainly a poke in the eye for my hubby Simon who said he couldn't see Christopher Eccleston as The Doctor because he doesn't see him as an actor able to 'do funny'.  Hah!  He was laughing pretty well on the sofa next to me!

Roll on next week's episode.

Yup.  Much enjoyment was had here, too.  I couldn't help thinking though that they were trying a bit too hard with Chris' Doctor...  I wouldn't be surprised if they tone down the humour element as the series goes on.  Roll on the Daleks, eh...

Liked Dr. Who, although not as much as Benny Hill!

I think they show old episodes on UK Gold on Saturday mornings.  If you like cheese...  you'll think these are great!  Anything with Tom Baker in is cool.

Cue the 'Favourite Doctor' debate...

Has to be Tom Baker.  Anyone who can start a fashion trend of knitted scarves deserves, nay, commands respect.
