Well... Lite is actually a superhero from a fictional city. She specialises in very short skirts and cool green special effects. As with all female superheroes, she is of course a stunner. She enjoys sauces, but couldn't manage a whole one and has a new carpet.

As for Sam... not a clue. I wondered if the NHS connection implies a link to our Shaz...?

Hello there! I'm sheila though most people call me shell. I live in up in bonny scotland.. aberdeen to be persice though i was born in Zambia. Came over to the uk when i was 12ish but i hope to go back one of these days. Now i'm 22 and going strong! :) I live with my rather lovely girly called Emma who I grew up in school with. Shes a reflexologist.. thats a weird alterative health healer type to those who dont know Myself? I was trained to be a designer though I cant seem to find a job involing that just yet so i'm working in a kitchen for now.

I have a great love for many things, people included. I think bright colours are wonderful (my bed room is currently a vivd orange colour XD), I'm also completly obsesed by music, I have far to many CD's to count and a large wack of Vinal too, I pritty much like everything that i find interesting, from two string hippy music to electro punk wall of sound. It depends on my mood. I love collecting useless little bits of junk, just last week i 'found' a car spring.. now i'm working on how to make it pritty so it can go in my room. I have the worst sence of time posable, I'm late for everything and currnetly own four loud alarm clocks... not that it makes any difference. I'm a pritty easy girl to please, I genrally like simple things like my bare feet on warm stone. Yep... simple life for me please :3
