Yes, four whole days without internet access (well, nearly four whole days).

I could rant about how many times I had to call Virgin before I actually got through to someone who knew what the problem was and could actually do something about it.

I could rant about how many times during all those calls I had to be re-identified because they don't have a hand-off system that allows one agent to talk to another.

I could rant about them not sending an engineer when they said they would.

I could rant about the engineer forgetting to take his shoes off and trampling leaves and muck into my house.

But I won't.
Because Stead rants better than I do.
And because I'm so pleased to have the internet back that all the hurt has just magically disappeared.
