Apparently not as much physical anguish, although I tweaked my back last Sunday while moving furniture (cleaning the carpet )...

Yeah.  Moving furniture can be a bugger.  I helped Stead move house a couple of weekends ago.  That ain't why I'm in agony onight though - although it is Stead's fault.


He bullied me into buying a set of dumbells last night (ok, ok - there was no bullying involved.  I thought it would be cool, too) and I did my first 'proper' workout this evening.


It's amazing how unfit and puny I really am.


I'm ashamed of myself.

it is not a myth
we built the boardroom in our new industrial estate premises

i mostly stood about holding nails and screwdrivers trying to look like i was busy and shouldnt be getting on with any proper-what-i-get-paid-to-do-work
