It's almost certainly a photoshopped picture of someone squeezing their cheeks. Look at the eye on the right - seems to slightly overlap the side of the cheek. That and it's physically impossible, of course!

That's bizarrely kind of cute & makes me want one! (The first picture didn't have that effect)
