So yesterday, Stead and I were hanging around in the kitchen doing impressive kitcheny things. Catfish was watching TV in the other room.

The subject of jammie dodgers came up and Stead mentioned that he'd seen an episode of Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps (a sitcom) in which the pub was haunted by a giant jammie dodger. The conversation then moved on to other things.

We did some more stuff, made some lunch and then joined Catfish in the lounge where she was catching up with some TV from the Sky+ box.

Guess what she was watching...

You're supposed to be guessing the episode. This is my special guessing thread. I was giving you a clue to help you narrow it down to the specific episode of Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps that was being shown.

Your response was supposed to be something along the lines of 'Gosh, that's a bit of a coincindence, isn't it!' giving me a cue to mention a couple of other similar coincidences that have happened in the last week or so.

Why yes. How coincidental that you should ask.

Remember this thread where we discussed dead dogs and got on to Schrodinger's cat.

Well that very evening, I went home and watched a recorded episode of The Big Bang Theory which revolved around a joke involving Schrodinger's Cat.

And then, slightly more recently, you gave me a Superman comic that featured Superman being captured by Mongul and forced to fight or his entertainment on War World. The next morning, I turned on the telly to find the episode of the Justice League cartoon that covered the very same story.

I thought they were very coincidental. Does anyone else have any similar coincidences they'd like to share?

What the hell are you talking about? Comics are for kids as are cartoons and the like - I'm an adult and wouldnt be having anything to do with those things.
