The following Dodgers have been smited by the JDK for their crimes against Jam:
All the girls! for picking on the JDK and damaging his already delicate self esteem!
The Basserd Who Nicked Copper's Stuff For the offense of nicking Copper's stuff. You are a tw*t, whoever you are and we all hope you get run over by a tram in Nottingham. Or Liverpool. Or whereever else they have trams!
Copper For the crime of playing with her Wii instead of her Jammie pals!
Nice to have finished it ... but multiplayer still not working ... my life seems somehow emptier.
Might just go neck a bottle of something, shoot up and listen to Winehouse ... who judging by Stead's thread is the first musician ever to take **** loads of drugs, sing a bit out of tune and look a state. I like her though :)
How did I throw my own thread on a tangent? Talent that is ...
I've decided I like Whiiiinehouse too... probably just coz it'll upset Stead.
The JDK can't be bothered to log on at the moment, but he says you can borrow some of our PS3 games if you want to... what about Lego Starwars, MotorStorm or The Orange Box??

Hey I come from the era of Aerosmith, the Crue and Ozzy at his worst- I remember what it was like when truly talented musicians damaged themselves with drugs for real - not this 'manufactured' pretend nonsense that they show her doing to make her look a bit more 'dangerous' for the kids. Back in the day musicians got charged and went to prison because they were actually doing this stuff - she only every gets 'cautioned' because most of what she claims to do is made up by Max Clifford.

She smokes drinks and doesnt eat much - that's why she looks rough - funny how she manages to 'pull herself together' when there's a seven figure pay packet in it for her...

According to her father her 'doctors' have said she'll make a full recovery, reinforcing just how serious her condition is! I wish her the very very best...

I have, a good friend of my Dad died from it - it was horrible, but I still dont believe the Winehouse story which is why I'm being glib about it - also, some experts have questioned the diagnosis and the family is now backpeddling
Washington Post today - "However, he has since modified that statement. According toMTV News, Mitch Winehouse toldBBC 1 Radioon Monday that his daughter fainted at her home on June 16 and has been diagnosed with what he called "a small amount of emphysema." The soul singer's lungs do show a small amount of scarring, but her illness has not progressed "too far," her father said.
"It's not irreparable. Really, she can't even smoke anymore, let alone that other thing. With patience, her lungs will recover completely. She's responding very well to treatment, she's flourishing," he said.
The singer's U.S. publicist, Tracey Miller, agreed, saying on Monday that Winehouse is "showing early signs of what could lead to emphysema but is reacting well to treatment."

Hmmm. I could either argue, or decide to stop. I feel both will have the same consequence. As I'm a little drunk I'm going with stopping, it involves less typing.
I dont mind if you defend her Shazza - fair enoughski
I can tell you one thing though, as a trained singer myself, if I have even the slightest cold or cough singing live or rehearsing becomes nigh on impossible - which suggests to me this is probably publicity in advance of her performance at Glast.
I know it sounds cynical but dont you think it's strange that she never gets prosecuted, never gets hurt, is somehow not really as ill as they first thought etc? It all sounds manufactured to me. Sorry.

Twice because of the criminal and the civil trial or did he do someone else in?
What happened with the theft thing? I thought if he was found guilty for that, due to the 3 strikes law he was in real trouble?
He killed both his wife and her boyfriend...Story here...
I saw him on "Inside America's Jails" the other night being booked into the LV jail on the theft charge...It was on tape and I haven't heard when his trial date is...He should have been dead long ago...Ben

Sept 8th apparently - here's what he's charged with according to WIKI
Simpson was charged[27] with multiple felony counts, including criminal conspiracy, kidnapping, assault, robbery, and using a deadly weapon.[28] If convicted of all charges, he could face more than 60 years imprisonment.[26] The kidnapping charge could land Simpson in prison with a life sentence with parole, and the robbery charges, if convicted, carry mandatory prison time
He also owes $1.4m dollars in unpaid tax - he's done really well....

No, no no. You're wrong. I saw a programme in 1995 - called something like 'The BBC News' that said that he was found innocent of the murders. I saw it on the TV. It must be true and therefore any later suggestion of criminal activity on his part must be false.
I think its accepted generally that he was probably guilty of the 1995 murders - these are new charges JDK ;) and no one has conveniently forgotten or failed to research the old ones in this thread

Excellent point. Wikipedia has never contained incorrect or incomplete infomation and it's researchers always include references to every TV show that has ever mentioned the subject. I stand utterly corrected. I'm sorry for incoveniencing you.

There is a slight difference though in that everyone knows that wiki is user submitted stuff - but Snopes is privately run and claims to be an authority. Wiki is full of mistakes, sure and full of 'claims' which is why pages often end up covered in 'citation needed' marks etc.
But Snopes puts itself out there as debunking myths and legends - it should probably have a 'probably a myth' section that users can comment on with evidence prior to them going into the main database as 'fact'
