I had 2 clementines and an apple for breakfast, a fried breakfast for lunch and a dodgy buffet for dinner at the orchestra christmas party!! Party finished at 10:30 - we are classical musicians you know!!

One of the cellists (who happens to be American)came over to me )I was sitting with a bunch of cellists) an asked what instrument I play. When I told him was a violinist he asked why I was sitting with cellists!! Like I shouldn't be!! I'm just very sociable an thought the cellists could do with a boost to their social status by having a 1st violinist talking to them!!

Could have been worse - I could have been talking to viola players. Come to think of it, don't remember seeing any of them at the party!!
