There is much weirdness in the pictures in this article. I think this one sums it up!



He kinda looks superimposed. I'm probably wrong, but alkmost all of the pictures seem to kinda look like bad photoshop jobs.

Also... he's wearing kiddie's shorts. They have cartoon characters on a see-saw. They're funny!
