I posted this on UA a while ago and someone else now says they are having the same problem AND I noticed this thread started yesterday about the same thing - we can't all be mad - can any of you ultra intelligent beings shed any light on this!!!

Don't just copy and paste to your hard drive, use the one that's now on your hard drive.

So are you saying I'm an exception, or that I'm like free beer?


Re the db - it creates the .ldb file ok, but it's still read only - it's a big pile of poo.


(Also, the guy that built it is a big fat numpty - I might take the data from him and rebuild it myself - only way to get a job done properly sometimes - do it yourself and all that!!).

... More along the lines of what I was originally thinking.


Exceptions might inlude:


1) Warm beer
