Back on track though - I found the following e-mail in my inbox this morning:
"As we are now at the 1st December I thought it would be a good idea to get in the Christmas spirit. I have therefore bought a tin of sweets for us all to share and it is conveniently placed next to my desk. Dig in and enjoy!!"
Despite the obvious allure of a tin of chocolate, I will not be partaking as a matter of principle!
I've got a work conference/chirtmas do combo on Thursday and another worky christmas dinner the following week. Got to go see me old mate Brodders next weekend. Gotta visit my little brother when he visits me Ma's on the 19th and I have to fit in a trip to my Grans somewhere amongst that lot. december's gonna go quick.
Good thing too. I get my new PC on the 5th Jan. Woohoo!
