So do they all wear superclown shoes in Siberia. Does it help with the snow?

Can you imagine trying to drive in those? Or ride a bike?

I didn't see any being worn. There again it was blisteringly hot when I was there.

I'm sure remote tribes the world over must've heard English people complaining about our weather!
Anyhow, we have far more opportunity to educate ourselves about other countries than they do (you know, not everyone out there has internet access! Or a library within a few miles!)
