...or pickle me in a vat of me own Shine. The cost of a funeral is just outrages. 32 grand to plant both me parents in a wee patch of California dirt for their future journey to Kolob!!!!

However, I'm hoping when the time comes to be allowed to do the eulogies to rant on old Joe Smith....

LV, you may think it odd that I'm concerned about my mortal remains since It's my soul I should be worried about...There's something comforting to me knowing my bones will lie in a box with six feet of dirt between them and the scavengers...The way things are going for me this year, I may have to settle for whatever the county can afford...Ben

Hmm. It seems that it's all a bit cheaper in Bristol. £1280.00 seems to be the top price for the plot (although you have to move out after 50 years) then another £560 for the actual funeral.

As I've mentioned before... I'll be dead. Do whatever you want with me - I won't complain! nod.gif

Yep thats kinda my view - i mean 50 years isnt much is it - if you lost a parent young like I did, its conceivable that you'd still be around at the time when they have to be moved - doesnt seem very cool

$32000? thats insane...
