Nessie

Fabled monster caught on video
An amateur scientist has captured what Loch Ness Monster watchers say is among the finest footage ever taken of the elusive mythical creature reputed to swim beneath the waters of Scotland's most mysterious lake.

"I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this jet black thing, about 45-feet (15 meters) long, moving fairly fast in the water," said Gordon Holmes, the 55-year-old a lab technician from Shipley, Yorkshire, who took the video this past Saturday.

He said it moved at about 6 mph (10 kph) and kept a fairly straight course.

"My initial thought is it could be a very big eel, they have serpent-like features and they may explain all the sightings in Loch Ness over the years."

There's a link in there for the video footage!

Well, this proves it conclusively and uncontrovertibly. There is absolutely, definitely, probably something in Loch Ness. Mostly water, I expect. But if the Loch Ness Monster is real then we may as well just accept that Bigfoot and the Yeti are real too. And, er... the Pterosaurs!

I'm going with the pterosaurs being more extinct than unreal, though I'm saving your link for home. I kind of want to believe in Nessie & Yetis, but I think Bigfoot is just a product of Yeti envy.

The Pterosaur project is just one a a series of whacky notions on that website. They're all quite mad, I tell you! That said, it seesm that Creationism has quite a foothold across the Atlantic as there seem to be more and more Creation Museums opening around the States and Canada!
