...behind a CHEESE VAN, this morning. A van full of lovely, lovely cheese. I considered hijacking it.

Was it Cathedral City cheese? If not, it wasn't worth its weight in cheesey goodness. If so - mmmmmmmmmh

It was a brand with which I wasn't familiar. Something or other farm cheese. Cathedral City is just one of many fine cheeses.

it is one of many fine cheeses, but surely is the consistently finest (I'm glad I excelled in my grammar classes at school)
