Chilli for lunch

Today the canteen is serving chilli for lunch. Contrary to normal canteen conventions, the chilli is really quite spicy and my tongue is burning. Mmmmmmm.

I'm having chicken casserole for my dinner tonight. I'm so greedy!

Thats good going - I had a roast lamb lunch and fruit salad - it were great...

Tonight I will most likely be having an italian or such and such or so and so...
