Now bacon - that's an entirely different matter - one can never have too much bacon. In fact, I'm gonna stop at Sainsburies on the way home and get some nice mature cheddar, loads of bacon and some puff pastry - roll the cheese into the pastry (to make it cheesey) and then lay the bacon on the pastry, roll it all up into a huge sausage, slice it, and put the slices in the oven for about 20 mins - you get lovely chesey bacon puff swirly things - yum yum yum (the original recipe was posher with parma ham instead of bacon - but that's too expensive!).
