My ******** blender broke (mid pesto) last night. Went to get a new one & my ******* car battery was ******** flat. Walked round all of town, plus all the out of town shops & nowhere had the one I wanted. Just gone to book flights to Poland, where I'm meant to be going in April & they've **************** doubled in ********** price, so I can't afford to go. I should probably be charitable & hope tht my boyfriend & friends have fun without me, but I'm not feeling charitable, Im feeling ******************* pissed off.
Slight improvements - got my blender today, £5-£20 cheaper than any of the places that were out of stock. Figured car has a nearly severed wire to the negative battery terminal, so need to go buy me some crimp connectors (ooh, Sharon & electricity, do they mix?). Rich has offered to pay half for my flights as a birthday present (which is wonderful & lovely, but, in a contrary girl type way I kinda wanted something I wasn't already doing, 'cos it's my 30th & everything, ah well, we shall see).
Let us know how that goes. I'll be watching the BBC website for reports of a Boris Karloff-like creature lumbering around HMV in Church Street...

Quite right. Everybody should be treated like royalty and given lots of lovely and expensive presents on their 30th birthday, to include but not be limited to, plane tickets to wherever it is they're going.
Shazza - you're bloke should do the tickets and THEN by you a birfdey pressie cause he lurves you - if he doesnt... then he doesnt... so go see the JDK - he will comfort you in his own special way...
