I ended up going out for a stroll in Sherwood Forest, and read all about robin hood and his merry men.  It's a shame the Major Oak has all those props holding it up!!! if it wants to fall down, I say let it, it's 900 years old for gods sake!!

Actually I was in Nottingham City General Hospital for 3 (yes thats 3) weeks about 2 years ago.

I'm actually much closer to Mansfield, in a little town called Sutton-in-Ashfield, although it is getting bigger, we have retail parks, shopping centres and everything!

Well corrected Sha, it is indeed the midlands (East Midlands to be precise )  But Chesterfield isn't far away, bout 20 mins drive.  Here's a question for you:


 


The name of a famous building in Chesterfield? (clue: it was an Engineering disaster that turned out to be a landmark!)
