'Emotional literacy' to be taught


"Emotional literacy" is to be taught in secondary schools in England.


A pilot scheme, involving about 50 schools, is expected to test the benefits of lessons helping pupils to talk about their feelings.



Also, according to the BBC Website, short people are dumb.  Sorry, but it must be true if the BBC say it.  It's not your fault.  It's your hormones...





Growth hormone levels' IQ 'link'
 
Scientists suggest they have found a reason why some shorter children perform less well at school.

A Children of the 90s study by the University of Bristol found low growth hormone levels were linked to low IQ.



To be fair though, any study by Bristolians has to be a bit suspect...
