Oh yes.  A little bit of snow falls and with it comes our first media reference to 'The Big Freeze'.  And the winner of the Annual First Big Freeze Of The Year Award goes to... the BBC Website!  Oh, Lordy 'tis so cold.

yep, we also have a big freeze, and its bloody cold here too!


I wore a jumper to work for the 1st time ever, a stripey number, and get refered to as the basserd son of freddy krueger and dennis the menace!

fraid so, the jumper has the odd lilac stripe in it too, which officially makes me gay.

Had snow for a apporximately two minutes in Wells. Does that count? Sun is shining here today, mind you I haven't been out yet so can't tell whether it's cold.

It snowed for about half an hour in Brezzle this morning.  All gone now.  So much for the Big Freeze, th?

Apparently this is only the start, they've been monitoring temps in the Atlantic Ocean that indicate what kind of winter we'll have and they still reckon we're on for a very cold one. So obviously the hawaiian shirt and shorts are on standby.
