Just had one yesterday, first one in many years. Not only did the doctor double-up my prescription, he couldn't believe the prescription I was wearing: Blinder than the bat on the JDBB!! Too many byte arrays, perhaps...


He wanted to test me with dialated eyes, too. Couldn't see anything within 3 feet for 5 hours!


No matter, I can now see! Wahoo!!

I had one last Thursday.  Not only am I not blind, but my prescription hasn't changed either.  Yay for me!

All this vision related talk has got me thinking,


see in Superman 3 (or 4?) when he returns to fix the great wall of china, how does he do that? Cement vision?

It was indeed cement-vision.  Like his puree-vision and laughing gas breath, it doesn't get a lot of publicity.

I need to get an eye exam soon. I got my first pair of glasses at 18 and still have them (I am 25 now). I have noticed worse vision over the last few months. I think it is time to get some new ones. Still saving up for Lasic
