I only mention it, cos the article cunningly uses the Jammie Dodger as a similie:

"If in that, as in its microcosm the movie industry, the US really is a steamroller, this is like trying to stop it with a jammie dodger"

Although, to be fair, the article is kinda interesting in itself.  Does Scottish culture need protecting?
