My breakfast

This morning, for the first time in ages, I had coco shreddies.  They were lovely.

What did you have?

Five slices (as usual), three large eggs scrambled with cheddar and jalapenos, tater tots, coffee and OJ and I added a short stack of pancakes with sugar-free syrup...

What's for lunch?......Ben

Is breakfast defined by the physical time of day that it occurs?  Or should it simply be considered the first meal you have when you wake up, even if that's mid afternoon or half past midnight?  Did you actually have pizza for supper?

Who knows?

Looking back I think it was both breakfast and supper... I'm not sure :)

Back on porridge as at this morning though!
