The 330 Steps

This morning, I was disappointed to find that there are only 330 steps to the 14th floor in my building.  I know cos I counted 'em.


My left leg dropped off around the 10th.  I'll go back and get it later.

I guess the lifts were out of order rather than you making a conscious attempt to improve your aerobic capacity?

You would be incorrect about the lifts.  I was merely curious to see if I could make it to the 14th floor on a Monday morning without expiring.

4 minutes 50 seconds today.  Apparently the record is 2.40 which is held by an ex serviceman on the 16th.

I like to go upstairs to sleep.  My Dad has a bungalow - we sleep in the lounge when we're there.  Nice open fire though - everyone else goes to their cold bedrooms (the central heating in his bungalow doesn't work) but we get to stay in the lounge with the fire - nice - mmmmmmmm.  I need a really old house with an open fire.

my student house is terracedy - i live on the bottom floor with the kitchen, which means i get out of cleaning the other couple of floors - i dont go there! why should i! no! i wont! stop it! i will not clean!
