I usually just point out a truly fat person and say "look at him/her, do you look like that......no?" Then just shake my head and walk away.

Girls like that make me want to introduce forks to eyes.

Maybe 1 out of 500 girls that ask might have a problem where saying "yes" migjht send them over the edge...but the rest of them are compliment fishers and should be told as such. I say call it out for what it is, and inform them you wont be playing their little game.
