This is a full and unreserved apology to you from me as I seem to have ballsed everything up. 


I am very sorry if the conversation here yesterday got overexcited and made you out to be uncaring. You are not.


I apologise if you feel this isn't the right way to apologise, but I have tried to say sorry once already and got nowhere.
